Horse & Exhibitor Requirements
(Everything needed to verify eligibility and get your horse approved to enter the ring)

Current National PtHA Membership For Owner & Exhibitor (Form A)

Pinto Registration Papers (Form B)

New registration may be completed prior to OR at the show

Current Negative Coggins

Current Health Certificate – Required only for non-Wisconsin/Minnesota horses

Current Amateur and/or Youth National PtHA Membership Card (Form A)

Current Amateur and/or Youth Walk/Trot National PtHA Card (Form A)

PtHA Lease Notification Form and/or Family Relationship Form (Form C & Form D)

Must be on file with PtHA before your first show

Measurement form for any minis or ponies (FORM E)

Must be filled out at every show unless You have a Permanent or Annual Measurement Card

NEW for 2026, Exhibitors must nominate their horses for weekend & Year end Awards. This will help facilitate Quicker results and more understanding of our shows rules.
